RETURN POLICY

BRIDAL TERMS OF SALE:
Payments are non-refundable.  All merchandise is individually ordered and fabric sourced from our manufacturer immediately once a minimum deposit or payment is received. Once an order is placed, the deposit can not be returned . Cancellations will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Should your wedding or event be canceled after a gown has been ordered, it remains the responsibility of the customer to pay the balance OR forfeit any deposit/payments previously made.  If paying by installments, late payment fees will be assessed if installment payments are not received within 5 days past due date.  Additionally, rush fees may occur is payments are not received by agreed upon due dates.

Gowns are made to each bride's custom measurements, complimentary, but still may require additional alterations to achieve the desired fit. Alterations are the responsibility of the Bride. We are not responsible for the accuracy of measurements provided to us by external sources,  or for fluctuations in your measurements after the order is placed. Our bridal gowns are made of the finest fabrics. Irregularities are common in natural fabrics (i.e. silks) and are not considered defective. As all gowns are handmade, slight variations from the sample can occur.

RETURN POLICY:
All Bridal Sales are FINAL SALE and no returns are allowed.  All gowns are made to order. Contact salesrep@lauren-elainedesigns.com with questions.

LEGAL RIGHT TO DENY SERVICE (a.k.a Bridezilla Clause):  We strive to provide the highest level of customer service. We treat our customers with respect, and in turn, we expect the same level of respect to be shown to us. We reserve the right to deny an order and/or service, should a customer demonstrate behavior outside the parameters of common decency.
