Unless otherwise stated in the item listing (i.e. Bridal, Special sale items, Custom Orders, OR *gift cards), full refunds and hassle-free returns on all unworn garments (**excluding Swimwear & Bridal) in original condition, when notified within 5 days of receipt. ** To request a return, please notify After 5 days, store credit will be issued in the full amount of original purchase, minus shipping costs.

*Items purchased with a gift card are not eligible for a money-back return. Exchanges or return credit are allowed, pending item availability.

**For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear bottoms.  We do allow returns/exchanges on Swimwear Tops, Coverups, and accessories.


CUSTOM ORDERS:  All Custom Orders are Final Sale, as custom orders are made-to-order.  HOWEVER, we do offer hassle-free size, color, and even style exchanges within 5 days of receipt. To request an exchange, please notify   


BRIDAL SALES: All Bridal sales are Final Sale, as all bridal gowns are made to order. Deposits and payment installments are non refundable. HOWEVER, we do offer hassle-free size, color, and even style exchanges within 5 days of receipt for online orders (orders placed through Retailers excluded.) To request an exchange, please notify   


LEGAL RIGHT TO DENY SERVICE (a.k.a Bridezilla Clause):  We strive to provide the highest level of customer service. We treat our customers with respect, and in turn, we expect the same level of respect to be shown to us. We reserve the right to deny an order and/or service, should a customer demonstrate behavior outside the parameters of common decency.
